1. Return Window
Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery or pickup date. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: It must be in the original, unopened packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original tax invoice or delivery challan.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of construction materials, the following are not eligible for return:
- Perishables: Opened bags of cement, lime, or wall putty (due to moisture sensitivity).
- Custom Orders: Items specifically ordered or fabricated for your project (e.g., custom-cut steel or mixed paint).
- Damaged Goods: Items that have been exposed to rain, site dust, or improper storage at the customer’s location.
4. The Return Process
- Notification: Contact us at [Insert Email/Phone] or visit our office in Villupuram to initiate a return.
- Inspection: All returned items will undergo a quality check by our warehouse team.
- Transport: The customer is responsible for the cost and logistics of returning the items to our yard. Shipping/delivery charges from the original purchase are non-refundable.
5. Refunds & Credits
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Method: Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment or issued as a Store Credit for future purchases, depending on the transaction type.
- Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong specification (e.g., wrong pipe diameter), please report it to our delivery driver immediately or call us within 24 hours. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
